CCR is excited to be expanding its mental health services in Wayne County. We will be opening a Crisis Stabilization Center that includes Crisis Intervention services and Crisis Residential Services!
Crisis Intervention Services include telephone, walk in and mobile assessments, crisis counseling, conflict resolution, referrals and linking to community resources. The Crisis Residential facility is an 8-bed, 24/7 facility that accommodates individuals aged 18 and older experiencing mental health crises. The program offers a structured, supportive environment conductive to recovery. We are currently seeking mental health master’s level therapists to join our Crisis Residential team. As a crisis residential mental health master’s level therapist, you will play an integral part in the provision of quality Crisis Residential services, all within a supportive team environment while helping individuals access mental health services within Wayne County. The starting salary for this position is $28/hr. - $30/hr. for master’s level therapist and $32/hr. - $34/hr. for licensed therapist based on experience.
Shift hours are primarily weekend daylights 9am-5pm, 16 hr./week.
Essential Functions:
• Develop individualized care plans based on the psychosocial assessments conducted during intake.
• Schedule and provide ongoing, daily counseling services to individuals admitted to the crisis residential facility.
• Coordinate with other members of the crisis residential multidisciplinary team to assist individuals with accessing community resources and meeting their treatment goals.
• Provide input on the development of psychoeducational support groups and activities.
• Collaborate in the development of discharge plans.
• Teach and support the acquisition and utilization of recovery-oriented skills.
• Provide supervision of individuals in treatment to ensure their safety and compliance with facility rules and requirements.
• Engage in the supervision processes required for crisis residential therapists.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Document services provided to individuals.
• Participate in continuous professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field, with at least two years of counseling experience • At least two years of counseling experience
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Required. EOE/ADA.
Preferred:
• LPC, LCSW or LSW licensure in PA
